We are introducing an optional protection and support programme for newly purchased wall printers.

The WallFlow® Care programme is an additional service that can be used voluntarily - it is not required when buying a printer.

The package includes:

  • 2 free inspections per year.
  • each inspection includes additional service support up to PLN 1,000 for parts, calibration and activities beyond standard warranty service.

The extended package includes:

  • all benefits of the "WallFlow® Care Plus" version.
  • under "WallFlow® Care Plus Extended" the client can have the printhead replaced free of charge if it gets damaged, provided the damage is not mechanical.
